A $700,000 permit to Kroger on Hill Road North tops recent Pickerington building permits

PICKERINGTON − A $700,000 permit for a fire alarm system at the 1045 Hill Road North Kroger store tops the list of recent Pickerington building permits.

Here are some more recent permits the building department granted:

  • A $160,000 permit to Epiphany Lutheran Church at 268 Hill Road for an entrance canopy.

  • An $85,000 permit to McDonald's at 1091 Hill Road North for interior renovation.

  • A $20,000 permit to Dairy Queen at 541 Hill Road North for drive-through window work.

  • A $6,556 permit to the Shoppes at Hunters Run at 10501-10503 Blacklick-Eastern Road for fire alarm panel replacement.
