  • In the photo, Tracee is as strong as ever as she gives a cool glance at the camera.

  • The actress works out hard and shares her routines with her followers on Instagram.

It feels like winter has been here forever, and Tracee Ellis Ross, like the rest of us, is ready to move forward. Well, the 50-year-old star just shared an Instagram bikini post that’s a total summertime mood.

In the photo she posted, Tracee can be seen hanging on a white couch in a string bikini with her six-pack abs on full display. She looks totally relaxed in the pic, and it’s definitely a vibe. “I’m sick of sweata weatha… I want bikini weatha,” she joked in the caption.

Of course, her friends and fans totally freaked in the comments. “This lady right here 🔥🔥🔥🔥,” wrote one person. “I want Tracee weather,” another said.

Tracee didn't get those jacked abs by accident. She's been more than clear that she loves working out. In fact, she’s a huge fan of the Tracy Anderson Method, a workout class that aims to tone and tighten using various small movements and light weights. Tracee shared a video on Instagram last month of herself in Tracy’s studio doing a slew of resistance band exercises, along with squats and kick-backs to tone her arms, legs, and booty.

She also joked in late December that she “ain’t f*cking around” with her workouts, while sharing Instagram snippets from exercise routines from 2022. In the mix: Tracee doing squats with massive weights, Tracee totally crushing a sled push, Tracee doing a ton of leg lifts, and Tracee doing...even more sled pushes. Go Tracee!

That’s not ~all~ she does, though. The actress revealed in December that she does Gyrotonic Method workouts (a.k.a Gyrotonics) which, according to the Gyrotonic Method website, is designed to work the mind and body. It “addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency.”

She also works with trainer Jason Walsh at Rise Movement gym, most recently working her way through resistance band moves to tone her arms and butt, weighted leg lifts, and a bunch of arm moves.

Okay, but seriously: Is it bikini weather yet?
