This time, we’re taking a look at the 2023 Steam Strategy Fest, which is packed with huge savings on all sorts of strategy games.

Age of Empires 2: Definitive Edition – 75% off

Age of Empires has always held the torch as one of the best real-time strategy games of all time, and Age of Empires 2 built upon that in the best ways possible. The Definitive Edition of the game definitely does its name justice, with a fantastic visual overhaul, heaps of bug fixes, and more quality-of-life additions than we can even count, making for one of the best single-player and multiplayer games on PC today.

Developed by Firaxis veterans, Old World is a 4X game that takes the best parts of games like Civilization and Crusader Kings, twists them together, and sprinkles a little bit of extra role playing on top to create a strategy pretzel that’s as fun as it is delicious. It looks great, has a wonderful user interface, and is worth the cost of entry at full price, let alone at a quarter off.
