Kate Beckinsale knows how to have fun.

The British actress, 49, brought her fashion-forward style and humor in a new Instagram post. She modeled a Greggs swimsuit (FYI, Greggs is a U.K.-based bakery and sandwich chain) that showed off her super strong and fit legs, which she also elevated with accessories including a cream belt and high-fashion fascinator. Truly, the best of all things United Kingdom.

"Everyone relax -it is possible to take a Gregg’s swimsuit from day to night PANIC OVER," she captioned the pic.

Plus, the chain caught on, and posted its own pic of Kate modeling the swimsuit photoshopped in front of a store.

"High fashion, it’s how @katebeckinsale rolls 💅," they captioned the pic.

But back to those legs. One way Kate gets her legs super fit is yoga. In June, Kate shared a video of herself getting in an at-home yoga session, which also included some moves with her cat, Clive.

Plus, she loves also loves goat yoga. Back in August, Kate shared a video of herself and a group of friends getting in a session of goat yoga.

"Baamaste 🦌," she captioned the video.

And she shared another goat video post, which is a must-see.

"When I say chaotic scenes," she captioned the pics and vids.

She also stays fit outdoors, and enjoys riding horses. Evidence here:

Clive also joined Kate for a treadmill workout back in May 2022 in this IG:

And for more focused workouts, Kate works out with her trainer Brad Siskind, who works at celeb trainer Gunnar Peterson's gym at least six days a week, Kate told WH.

“The whole hour is work,” Braid told WH. Kate works two muscle groups at the same time to get the most out of her time in the gym. The eight compound exercises include moves like bicep curls with a squat and sit-ups with combination punches.

As for her diet, Kate told WH that she makes sure to load up on protein (chicken, salmon and eggs with grass-fed butter), plus lots of veggies. Think: salads with radishes or Brussels sprouts.

Keep it up, Kate!
