37-year-old man fatally struck by vehicle after crash on Texas 360, Fort Worth police say

A 37-year-old man was killed and another person injured after being struck by a vehicle Wednesday morning on Texas 360 near Fort Worth, police said.

According to police, the two victims were involved in an accident. They both got out of their vehicles and were hit by a third vehicle.

Officers responded to the major accident near Texas 360 and Trinity Boulevard around 6:15 a.m. One of the victims died at the scene and the other was taken to a hospital in unknown condition, police said.

The man who died was identified as Silvano Ornelas Jr. of Arlington, according to the Tarrant County medical examiner.

The driver of the third vehicle stayed at the scene and cooperated with police. The Traffic Investigation Unit is investigating the fatal accident.
