A storage facility for luxury car enthusiasts is coming to Greater Cincinnati.

Local real-estate developer Neyer Properties will break ground on Torque Motor Suites this summer, the company announced Friday. The new luxury car condominiums are slated to open in Blue Ash and Oakley by mid-2025.

According to a press release, the Oakley condos will be located in Neyer's current development, Three Oaks, and the Blue Ash condos will be located on Neyer-owned land across from Summit Park. Neyer also plans to develop a location near TPC River's Bend in Mainville, with more details to come.

Torque Motor Suites will consist of privately owned, climate-controlled suites in a secure, gated community. Condos will start at 1,200 square feet, with a 400-square-foot mezzanine level and a first-floor bathroom.

According to the company's website, each suite is customizable and can store cars, boats and collectibles. It can also be utilized as an entertaining space. Prices will start in the low $300,000s.

“People are gravitating towards smaller footprint homes, but they still need a place to store all their toys,” Dan Neyer, president and CEO of Neyer Properties, said in the release.

Steve Rosenzweig, director of sales for Torque Motor Suites, added the new condominiums will fill a need for "garage-challenged individuals."

“The concept has taken off in other markets, and Cincinnati specifically is a relatively untapped market to luxury storage,” he said.
