24 Celebs Who Took the All-in Challenge, from Gwyneth to Leo

Celebrities are finding new and creative ways to interact with fans while supporting charitable endeavors.

Over the last few weeks, major stars like Kevin Hart, Justin Bieber and Ciara began participating in something called the All-In Challenge. So, what exactly is this challenge? Basically, it's a way to fundraise money for those affected by the current coronavirus pandemic by auctioning off celebrity experiences. Created by Fanatics founder Michael Rubin, alongside Alan Tisch and Gary Vaynerchuk, all of the proceeds (over $7 million already) go to nonprofit organizations that combat food insecurity, such as Feeding America, Meals On Wheels, World Central Kitchen and No Kid Hungry, to name a few.

Here’s how it works. Celebrities nominate each other on social media to take part in the challenge. Then, those celebrities offer fans the chance to bid on a prize like one of their possessions or an in-person experience, such as a movie role or a double date (we’re serious).

Read on for a list of celebs who have already participated.

1. Leonardo DiCaprio

One of the first to accept the challenge was a very generous Leo (along with Robert De Niro). Together, the duo is offering the chance to be in their new upcoming film Killers of the Flower Moon, directed by Martin Scorsese. “We want to offer you a walk-on role, the opportunity to spend the day on the set with the three of us, and attend the premiere,” DiCaprio revealed in his post. Wow.

2. Kevin Hart

Kevin Hart, like DiCaprio and De Niro, is doing his part and offering a speaking role for one lucky fan in his next film. “You will have a trailer. You will have an assistant,” he said in a video. “You’re going to be the next Denzel.”

3. Ciara

The “Get Up” singer and her hubby Russell Wilson are giving one of the only double dates so far on this challenge. The couple offered to fly the lucky couple out on a private plane (!) to attend their favorite restaurant.

4. Drew Barrymore

While some celebs are sharing experiences on movie sets, Barrymore is offering a day on the set of her upcoming talk show (wait, what?!). Yup, the actress’s new show is airing on CBS this fall and she wants one winner to spend the day with her followed by a brunch with Savannah Guthrie.

5. Ryan Reynolds & Hugh Jackman

In a video on social media, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman decided to bury the hatchet for one day only. So, what are they offering? Both actors will work a lemonade stand together for the child of the bidder. And man do we hope someone documents it.

6. Gwyneth Paltrow

Paltrow took things up a notch by auctioning off her Oscar dress from 2000. Oh, and did we mention she will “personally hand to you over a cup of tea or a glass of wine?”

7. the cast of ‘friends’

No, you didn’t read that wrong. Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt LeBlanc and David Schwimmer are auctioning off a chance for six lucky fans to attend their upcoming HBO Max reunion special.

“We’re inviting you and five of YOUR friends to join the six of us on Stage 24,” Aniston wrote on Instagram. “Be our personal guests in the audience for the taping of our @HBOMAX reunion, as we reminisce about the show and celebrate all the fun we had...and get the whole Friends VIP experience on the Warner Bros. Studio Tour.”
