2025 Toyota Camry Starts at $29,495, Less Than the Outgoing Hybrid
The 2025 Toyota Camry, which enter its ninth generation as hybrid-only, starts at $29,495.
The new LE and XLE models start lower than the outgoing hybrid equivalents, but the SE and XSE are roughly $300 higher than before.
All new Camrys feature a hybrid powertrain, and all-wheel-drive models cost $1525 more.
Toyota gave its popular Camry sedan a significant overhaul for the 2025 model year, with refreshed front ends, an upgraded dashboard, and a new hybrid powertrain that is available across the lineup. We've also now gotten behind the wheel, finding a gradual development of the old model, with a slightly perkier engine and a more pleasant cabin. Toyota has also released pricing for the 2025 Camry, and it remains a strong value, with the base front-wheel-drive LE trim starting at $29,495.
New Camry, New Prices
The new Camry's new base price represents an almost $2000 increase over the 2024 model, but it's still $455 less than the previous LE Hybrid. All Camry's now use a 2.5-liter four-cylinder, with front-wheel-drive versions paired with two electric motors that combine for 225 horsepower; all-wheel-drive models add a third e-motor for 232 hp. Stepping up to the SE grade, which brings black 18-inch wheels as well as sportier interior and exterior trim, sees the price rise to $31,795. That amounts to $310 more than the last SE Hybrid.
Moving up the ladder, the front-wheel-drive XLE now costs $34,495, a $345 discount over the 2024 XLE Hybrid. The XSE, which wears 19-inch wheels and gains a sport-tuned suspension, opens at $35,695 (or $305 more than the last XSE Hybrid). Both trims bearing the X prefix come standard with the upgraded 12.3-inch touchscreen and identically sized digital gauge cluster as well as a JBL premium sound system.
The LE and SE make do with a 7.0-inch digital gauge cluster and 8.0-inch center display. All-wheel drive costs $1525 extra and is offered on all trims. The 2024 Camry is supposed to hit dealership lots this spring, so expect to see the mid-size sedan's more chiseled face on the streets within the next couple of months.
