2024 Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses is coming to OKC, here's what you need to know

The 2024 Convention of Jehovah's Witnesses with the theme "Declare the Good News" will be Friday through Sunday, May 24-26, at the Jim Norick Arena, 333 Gordon Cooper Blvd.

Michael V. Turner, a spokesman for the local Jehovah's Witnesses, said more than 4,800 people are expected to attend the event, which is one of several global conventions being held in 2024. Turner said the convention will include Bible-based video presentations and discussions. Some attendees will be baptized during the Saturday session.

Turner said there are 133 Jehovah's Witnesses congregations in Oklahoma, representing 12,395 people.

The convention is free and open to the public.
