The three-day outdoor music festival is one of the most popular summer events for country music fans. Just as in years past, CCMF 2023 sold out, with 30,000 fans in attendance.
Would-be headliner Morgan Wallen was forced to back out of the festival this year due to a vocal injury, but fortunately for fans he's already committed to headlining the event next year. Here is everything we know about the 2024 Carolina Country Music Fest.

Who is headlining Carolina Country Music Fest next year?
Morgan Wallen is slated to headline in 2024 after pulling out in 2023.
CCMF shared the disappointing news on Twitter just 30 days before the 2023 event, where the organization posted a letter promising Wallen would reschedule for next year.
Wallen was forced to cancel his appearance at the festival after he injured his vocal cords in April 2023 and had to spend six weeks on vocal rest. As reported by USA Today, Wallen explained to fans, "I got some bad news from my doctors at the Vanderbilt Voice Center yesterday. After taking 10 days of vocal rest, I performed three shows last weekend in Florida and by the third one I felt terrible."
He continued, "So I went in and got scoped yesterday, and they told me that I reinjured my vocal cords and that I have vocal fold trauma. Their advice is that I go on vocal rest for six weeks, so that's what I'm going to do."
