If you’ve ever wanted to be a fly on the wall at Buckingham Palace, a new biography coming out summer 2020 promises to take you there.

In the soon-to-be-released book, “Finding Freedom: Harry, Meghan, and the Making of a Modern Royal Family,” authors Omid Scobie and Carolyn Durand are taking readers behind the scenes of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s highly publicized relationship.

While it’s no secret that Harry and Meghan have been tabloid staples ever since they started dating in 2016, “Finding Freedom” will chronicle everything from their royal engagement, wedding, the birth of their son Archie and most recently, taking a step back from royal life. According to the book’s description, “‘Finding Freedom goes beyond the headlines to reveal unknown details of Harry and Meghan’s life together, dispelling the many rumors and misconceptions that plague the couple on both sides of the pond.”

While many books have already been written about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Scobie and Durand aren’t outsiders compiling information that everyone has already read. These authors are true experts and insiders with a desire to shed light on who Harry and Meghan truly are as people.

Scobie is a London-based writer and royal contributor, as well as, host of ABC’s “The Heir Pod.” Durand is a UK-based writer and royal contributor that, according to ELLE, has been covering the Royal Family for the last 15 years. They are both members of the small group of journalists and reporters that regularly cover the Royal Family and their outings.

In a statement, the authors shared, “The aim of this book is to portray the real Harry and Meghan, a couple who continues to inspire many around the world through their humanitarian and charitable work, but are often inaccurately portrayed.”

Available for pre-order in both hardback and Kindle formats, “Finding Freedom” is being published by Dey Street Books and has a release date of August 11, 2020. As of May 5, it was the No. 1 bestselling book in Amazon’s Royal Biographies category.
