Samsung is known for producing quality tech devices, especially in the television space. However, quality comes at a cost, and for those who are seeking to upgrade to something bigger and better, getting a deal is sometimes like striking gold.

While most of the brand’s models with wider displays tend to stay relatively stagnant in price (with several failing to ever drop below their initial unit prices), this 75-inch 2018 model is defying the odds. Currently, it’s available for just $800, $300 off its original price of $1,100. A golden opportunity, perhaps?

Considered a truly premium television, this Samsung pick gives users four times the resolution of full HD. Additionally, it also allows for non-4K television content to be upscaled to 4K via what is described as “a powerful UHD engine.”

In regards to its “smart” features, this TV boasts a revolutionary way to find streaming content and live TV shows with a single universal guide that gathers content from multiple devices and apps into one menu. From Hulu and Netflix to Disney Plus and Apple TV Plus, this device includes integration for all major streaming platforms.

In addition to its robust performance and a laundry list of visual capabilities (including built-in Wi-Fi), this television also has a stylish, slim design that will add a modern touch to any space.

Shoppers are big fans of this television, with one reviewer stressing that you get “value for money.”

“Picture quality is awesome,” one shopper wrote. “Picture is smooth and has settings to make it less or more smooth.”

The same shopper also commented on the unit’s sleek design and form factor, adding, “It is super light (30ish pounds), about a third the weight of my old TV. Super thin as well.”

The reviewer had one criticism, however, mentioning that it “is a little lacking in ports.” However, as the shopper highlighted, this is not a deal-breaker for purchasing this device, as many, like him, use an AV receiver to connect multiple devices.
