It features an adjustable and flexible neck, allowing you to position the cool breeze anywhere you wish on your workstation.
Setup couldn’t be easier for this plug-and-go device. Simply insert the USB-drive end into the appropriate port on your laptop, notebook or even your TV and press the on/off switch to both turn the fan on and activate the clock display.
To customize the time, press and hold the on/off button until the minute hands begin blinking. To set the hour hand, continue to hold the button. The clock will spin clockwise fast. Simply release the button just before the correct hour appears. After the hour is set, the minute hand will flash. Click the on/off button again to move the minute hand forward to the correct time.
Leave the device for six seconds and the time will be locked in.

The manufacturer recommends that users keep their hair, face and eyes away from the rotating fan blades when the device is in use. Also, it should be turned off when it is not in use and should be shut off completely after five hours to prolong its service life.
