As much as I want to use hair masks to help revive my hair back from the dead, one thing always stands in the way: Time. Hair masks are a commitment, often taking upwards of 15 to 30 minutes for maximum impact. For someone as impatient as I am, that can seem like a lifetime.

But what if you could get the shiny, hydrating goodness of a mask in just three minutes? It sounds like a false promise, but it isn’t. Davines’ The Quick Fix Circle hair mask gives you a deep condition in the same amount of time as your normal conditioner. And I can’t get enough.

Though I’ve tried countless hair brands as a beauty editor, Davines has long been my favorite company in the hair space. Not only are the products stellar, but the brand is smart about sustainability and innovate in really game-changing ways. The brand’s The Circle Chronicles hair masks are just one way the line is pushing the envelope. While some of the masks in the series do take the standard 15 minutes for best results, Davines’ super speedy The Quick Fix Circle mask takes under five minutes. Plus, it’s only $10 for multiple uses.

The mask, which comes in a baby food-like pouch, lasts me about three to four uses on my mid-length hair. The Quick Fix Circle is a rust color, formulated without silicon or artificial coloring. You may have heard of hyaluronic acid in skin care, but The Quick Fix Circle mask takes the ingredient’s moisturizing properties to hair care. The mask is infused with hyaluronic acid for hydration, and contains natural red clay — which is rich in iron — to “remove impurities.” Overall, the mask promises to hydrate hair, adding softness and shine to any hair texture.

My own hair has dry ends from years of dye and bleach damage. It has never been super shiny or hydrated, always rather dull and frizzy. It grows five sizes in humidity, ballooning into an unmanageable state. But using Quick Fix is, well, a quick fix to all these problems. It’s the single hair mask I recommend to everyone, no matter their hair type. And it’s the product that has converted so many of my friends into Davines lovers.

While Quick Fix can problem-solve your hair’s hydration in a flash, the brand’s other Circle Chronicles masks can up the ante on days when you have the time to treat yourself and your hair. I’ve also personally used almost every single hair mask and saw stellar results. But I wouldn’t expect anything less from the one hair brand I always recommend.
