Taylor Swift and AT&T announce 'Making of a Song' behind-the-scenes series

AT&T announced today (Nov. 1) that the company has partnered with Taylor Swift to bring Swifties everywhere -- well, Swifties with AT&T subscriptions -- "The Making Of a Song," a multi-part series chronicling the making of her upcoming Reputation LP.

This afternoon, AT&T uploaded the first episode of the series ("Gorgeous") to YouTube for all to see, with the rest of the series exclusive to AT&T video customers beginning on Nov. 13. Reputation will arrive on Nov. 10.

AT&T customers will be able to view the Taylor Swift NOW series on all video platforms: DirecTV NOW, DirecTV (Channel 1113) and U-Verse (Channel 1501).

In the "Gorgeous" episode, Swift is seen playing the guitar and singing the song to herself. She toys around on the piano -- starting over and over again until she gets the right keys. Throughout the episode, Swift is seen alone in different rooms working through making the song. At the end, she's joined by presumably a producer who helps her polish it.

Also surrounding Swift's sixth studio album's release, a Reputation pop-up will take place in New York City from Nov. 12 to Nov. 16. The pop-up will offer fans the new album for purchase along with exclusive merchendise.
