Conrad Hilton charged with grand theft auto for stealing Bentley from ex-girlfriend's father

Conrad Hilton, brother to Paris Hilton and heir to the Hilton hotel franchise, has been charged with grand theft auto after stealing a Bentley from the home of his ex-girlfriend's father.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed to TheWrap that Hilton was also charged early Saturday morning with violating a restraining order his ex-girlfriend, Hunter Daily Salomon, had against him.

LAPD officers responded to a radio call regarding the broken restraining order at around 4:50 a.m. in the 2300 block of Jupiter Drive. The violation was confirmed and officers were then also able to confirm that Hilton was driving a Bentley Continental that belonged to Salomon's father, Rick Salomon.

Hilton, 23, was arrested and booked downtown and held for $60,000 bail. It's unclear whether he is still in custody.

Rick Salomon was Paris Hilton's partner in her infamous sex tape, which was released in 2004.

This is the second time Conrad Hilton has been arrested for violating Salomon's restraining order against him. According to the LA Times, Hilton was caught at the same residence last June.

Among other run-ins with the law, Hilton has been sentenced for drug use, turned himself in for leading officers on a high speed chase and received probation for attacking flight attendants on an international flight.
