New Twilight Zone interactive movie announced
You are traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land of imagination. That place will soon be a revival of The Twilight Zone, but it won't be coming back as anything you've ever seen before. Prepare to experience the future of the franchise as an interactive movie, a hybrid of video game and film, written and directed by Ken Levine, who is also the creative director and visionary between Bioshock and Bioshock Infinite.
The new project will be a live-action film that explores the boundaries between interactive video games and a traditional movies. Media company Interlude is powering the new Twilight Zone with its innovative video technology, which you might have seen in Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone" music video that went viral not too long ago.
Levine had this to say about the project, which he hopes mixes the mediums together in a way that has never been pulled off successfully before in either games or film history:
"Interactivity is a spectrum, it's not binary. I think of it as the viewer's angle in the chair. When you watch something, you're sitting back in the chair. When you're gaming, you're leaning forward in the chair. This is an interesting place in between ... your brain is forward in the chair. Mixing that with agency is something that I've always cared a lot about. This is just a new place to try that. How I'm going to do that is—that will be what this thing's about."

Levine and his team are also working on their own game behind the scenes, on top of this new endeavor.
