It's hardly a secret that Conant loves Italian food. He recently opened Impero Caffe in New York City, but Conant is also a self-declared lover of Japanese cuisine as well. He shared a meal with highly-acclaimed Japanese chef Nobu Matsuhisa.
Like any good chef, Conant knows the best way to end a great day is with an even better nightcap.
