Thursday night was a busy one for the ladies of Fifth Harmony, who performed their hit single "Work From Home" on Jimmy Kimmel Live and then dropped a new song, "This Life," on Spotify.

The evening started with the group taking to the outdoor Kimmel performance space for a prop-filled run through the first single from their upcoming album, 7/27, "Work." They started out posing on a giant tractor before moving to the stage to strut their stuff in outfits that included high-heeled work boots, short shorts, and utility belts.

Their shift wasn't done, though, as Kimmel also enlisted Ally, Normani, Lauren, Camila and Dinah to illustrate the mind-numbing feeling of being caught in an endless group text. Singing the back-and-forth between a real group of friends, the quintet sang such scintillating lines about a potential dinner date as "Wednesday works for me," "Could we do Tuesday or Friday," "Tuesday doesn't work either, actually Tuesday works."

Earlier in the day, 5H surprised Harmonizers with the bouncy, summer-ready beach jam "This Life." The hands-in-the-air EDM-lite track features the confidence-boosting refrain "This is the life, life life/ This is the life, life life/Eating good, getting' lit/Living life, feelin' rich/We the best in the biz."
