A story about Tonya Harding's roller-coaster career is hurtling toward the big screen, with Margot Robbie attached to star as the dishonored figure skater. Deadline reports the actress is pushing for the Steven Rogers-penned project, titled I, Tonya, by trying to find a director. As a skater, Harding soared to international stardom in the late-'80s and early-'90s as a face of the sport, a two-time Olympian, and the first American woman to land a Triple Axel in competition. Outside the rink, however, she's best known for her ties to the Nancy Kerrigan drama, which became a media spectacle and eventually led to her permanent competitive ban. Rogers reportedly wrote the project based off extensive interviews he did with Harding and her ex-husband Jeff Gillooly (so it's not related to last year's musical). Other details about the film are unclear at the moment, but Deadline notes the script has the potential to look like another To Die For. Let the Kerrigan casting speculation begin.
