Make delicious omelette sliders for a breakfast you won't soon forget

For some reason, we tend to fall into ruts when it comes to breakfast. But why is that? Just like with any other meal, breakfast is full of possibilities.

Sometimes, you just have to think outside the box a little bit. And sometimes, you have to take a meal usually associated with a different time of day to really shake things up a little.

Just like we turned pizza into a breakfast food thanks to some avocado, today we're turning sliders, those tiny burgers that are so great to snack on, into something you can appreciate in the morning, too.

How? By swapping out the meat and other dinnertime fillings for a healthy, morning-friendly omelette! And the best part about this recipe is that it's endlessly customizable, because you can add whatever fillings and toppings you like to make it truly your own.

Try tomatoes, spinach, and feta for a Greek omelette, or beans, cilantro, and peppers for something more Southwestern. The possibilities really are endless. We've prepared a simple recipe for you, but feel free to go nuts!

Be sure to watch the step-by-step video below, and let us know what you'd put in your omelette.

And if you know anyone looking to get out of a breakfast rut, SHARE these cute breakfast sandwiches with them!
