Hit us baby, one more time! Celebrating its 100th issue, V magazine has chosen Britney Spears as its cover subject for the second time -- and its easy to see why. Shot by Mario Testino, the 34-year-old pop star -- who appeared on the cover of V in 2011 -- smolders on the March cover, wearing a Balmain bodysuit paired with a Tavik swimsuit, What Katie Did garter belt and stockings and Christian Louboutin heels.

"When looking for cover worthy subjects for our 100th issue, we had to ask ourselves, Who do pop stars and musicians -- who have become an integral part of what V represents -- look up to and admire?" says V founder and editor-in-chief Stephen Gan on the magazine's website. "There was only one answer: Britney! She has entered icon status, and who in our world did not grow up listening to her music?"

Ahead of the release of her ninth studio album and in the midst of her second Vegas residency, Piece of Me, Spears also opens up to writer John Norris, who first interviewed her for MTV in 1999 at the infancy of her career.

And a lot has changed since then, including the proliferation of social media and advances in technology, which Spears discusses with Norris. "Honestly, I still don't use my computer," says the mom of two. "My kids use the computer more than I do! I understand that a lot of people are into it, and I have days when I write and stuff, but it's really not for me."

Spears also speaks candidly about what it means to be in the public eye. "Whoever is in the spotlight, people are really quick to judge. I mean, there are a lot of kids coming up who've experienced that. You know, Justin Bieber, he's huge, and he experiences that. It's just the way the world works, unfortunately. I've been doing this for 20 years," she says. "I kind of don't pay attention to it. I have my relationship with God and myself and that's what matters to me. I really don't care what most people think."
