Bruce Jenner Buys Malibu Hills Retreat

Bruce Jenner Makes Permanent Move to Malibu?

Bruce Jenner, the former Olympian and "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" dad, reportedly has purchased a Malibu hills house with calming 360-degree views.

Sounds like a place for Jenner to retreat after a difficult start to the new year. In early February, Jenner was involved in a Pacific Coast Highway multi-car accident that left one woman dead. Police investigations are ongoing, but a recent Los Angeles Times article says a law enforcement source claims Jenner's Cadillac Escalade actually rear-ended two cars in Malibu, pushing one into oncoming traffic where the driver was struck and killed. Jenner, through a spokesman, has denied wrong-doing.

Jenner also has been pursued by tabloids because he is reportedly transitioning from a man to a woman after his divorce from wife and fellow reality star Kris Jenner.

But back to Malibu, where Variety says the sale went down for $3.575 million, slightly less than the $3.9 million asking. Zillow quotes the previous sale in 2013 at $2.839 million.

The concrete and glass property built in 2010 rests on more than 11 acres above El Pescador State Beach with gorgeous ocean, mountain and canyon views.

Features include:
  • Indoor-outdoor fireplaces
  • Massive pocket patio doors that disappear to let the outdoors in
  • Patio, pool, spa
  • Flexible downstairs that can be a gym, office or guest quarters.
