Mortgage rates for 30-year fixed loans rose this week, with the current rate borrowers were quoted on Zillow Mortgages at 3.67 percent, up one basis point from this time last week.

The 30-year fixed rate rose early in the week, then hovered around 3.67 percent for the rest of the week.

"Rates moved decisively higher early last week, continuing the previous week's trend," said Erin Lantz, vice president of mortgages at Zillow. "With little domestic economic news scheduled for release, we expect rates to move slightly higher this week as uncertainty about Greece and the Eurozone continues to drive market movements."

Additionally, the 15-year fixed mortgage rate this morning was 2.88 percent. For 5/1 ARMs, the rate was 2.91 percent.

Check Zillow Mortgages for rate trends and up-to-the-minute rates for your state, or use the mortgage calculator to calculate monthly payments at the current rates.
