Jennifer Lawrence has one of the hottest careers in Hollywood. At 25, she's already won an Oscar for her performance in Silver Linings Playbook -- as well as two other Oscar noms -- and she's earned a cumulative box office gross of over $1.8 billion.

But it never seems to go to her head, which is what resonates with her fans. She still speaks her mind, gets real with journalists and has the same hopes and goals as everyone else -- including getting married or even finding a date.

Sitting down with Vogue magazine while promoting her upcoming movies, The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 and director David O. Russell's new film Joy, the young star opened up about what she wants in life.

"I can't wait to be married," Lawrence shared. "I feel like if I find that one person who I want to spend the rest of my life with, who I want to be the father of my children, that I would absolutely not f**k it up."

"But I'm also not banking on that," she added.

See Lawrence through the years:

Although it doesn't sound like marriage is on her immediate radar. According to the American Hustle star, she has a hard enough time just finding a date.

"No one ever asks me out," she said. "I am lonely every Saturday night. Guys are so mean to me. I know where it's coming from, I know they're trying to establish dominance, but it hurts my feelings. I'm just a girl who wants you to be nice to me. I am straight as an arrow."

Although she said she understands why so many people fall for those who make them question their self-worth.

"When someone makes you insecure, it's strangely exhilarating because you keep trying to fight for that validation," Lawrence said, adding that real validation is something "you want to have before you get married, so that you don't seek it out once you are."

One thing Lawrence seems to blame for her languid dating life is her fame, and the public persona she's developed in the spotlight.

"I feel like I need to meet a guy, with all due respect, who has been living in Baghdad for five years who has no idea who I am," Lawrence explained.

However, it seems that Lawrence has found ways of keeping herself very busy. Aside from filming various projects, and her grueling publicity schedule for the final installment in the Hunger Games franchise, she's also been working with her friend, comedian Amy Schumer, on writing a script.

"We started writing a month ago, and we have 150 pages," said Lawrence of their script, in which she and Schumer will play sisters. "It's a lot of ballsy and not a lot of thinking twice. One time we laughed so hard our teeth clanked together."

In spite of all her various projects, Lawrence says she still manages to find herself without anything to do, and she kills her downtime by hanging out and drinking wine with her famous neighbors.

"I've got a bunch of friends who live really close, thank God," said Lawrence, who lives in an $8 million Beverly Hills mansion. "I've made friends with Mila [Kunis] and Ashton [Kutcher], two doors down. They're awesome. I go over there uninvited. They're probably getting pretty sick of me."

Will Kunis and Kutcher join Lawrence and Schumer on their upcoming comedy project? We can only hope.

Lawrence still has a big year ahead of her -- The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 hits theaters Nov. 20, and Joy comes out Christmas Day.
