This holiday season, if you're looking to do some last-minute, very late-night gift shopping, Kohl's has got you covered. From 6 a.m. on Friday, December 19 through 6 p.m. on Christmas Eve, the specialty department store chain will be open 24 hours a day.

"Customers can rely on us around the clock for their last-minute gift giving solutions, and we are providing 24-hour access to Kohl's stores right up to Christmas Eve," said Michelle Gass, Kohl's chief customer officer, in the store's press release.

In addition to being open for more than 100 hours straight, Kohl's guarantees additional customer conveniences during the busy holiday season:
  • At more than 100 locations in the Chicago, Milwaukee, San Diego, and central Pennsylvania markets, Kohl's customers will have the option of buying items online and picking them up in the store.
  • Kohl's Kiosks, located in all stores, allow shoppers free shipping in the U.S., as well as access to an assortment of styles, sizes, colors, and merchandise that may not be available in-store.
  • For easy and convenient holiday giving, Kohl's also offers a variety of gift card designs for any occasion. They can be used anytime and have no service fees and no expiration dates. E-gift cards are also an option, redeemable both online and in-store via smartphone or print-out.
  • Customers do not need to worry about loved ones having trouble returning their gift. Kohl's has a hassle-free return policy, meaning that customers can return any item, anytime, for any reason, without a receipt. They can also return items in the store that were bought online.
All of this must sound great to competitive holiday shoppers, but don't dash to your nearest Kohl's at 3 a.m. without checking Kohls.com first. Store hours may vary by location, so it's best to check the website before planning any around-the-clock shopping adventures.
