Lava Cookies to celebrate the Pokemon World Championships!

With the Pokemon World Championships just around the corner, I figured we should celebrate with some tasty Pokemon Lava Cookies baked fresh by Jen from 8-bit Cuisine. These cookies can be found in Lavaridge Town in Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire. Did you know that Lava Cookies cure Pokemon of all status effects like confused and sleep? Here's to hoping these cookies have similar effects in real life!



INGREDIENTS

1/2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP SALT
1 TSP CHILI POWDER
1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
1 TBSP CINNAMON
1 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1/2 CUP SUGAR
3/4 CUP MELTED BUTTER
1 EGG
1 EGG YOLK
1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT
2 CUPS CHOCOLATE CHIPS
2 - 3 SHEETS OF NORI
