Earlier today, a server at a restaurant in Chengdu, China shocked a customer who found a cockroach in his salad by popping the insect in her mouth. We're not quite sure whether that's bad or truly excellent service (swift cockroach disposal?), but, however gross, it shouldn't dissuade you from seeking out a job at one of the many restaurants seeking to hire new staff.
