Shovel Knight, the 2D Platform game funded on Kickstarter, is like a love letter to Nintendo. Not only does the game feature original 8-bit graphics, but the color scheme used adheres to the Nintendo Entertainment System's original color palette and includes visual touches such as parallax scrolling.
