Destiny Alpha music video, Beta starts next month

Destiny is one of the year's hottest video game releases, and the crew at Bungie gave some people access to a very limited alpha to see what the hubbub is all about. And don't worry, a Destiny beta is on its way shortly.

The game is being created by the folks behind the famous Halo series of games, but instead of being an Xbox exclusive, Destiny will be available for Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC. The massively multiplayer action game will span several years as you build up your character with new skills, weapons, and more.

From what we've played of it during the alpha, Destiny takes a lot of action cues from Halo, but the world seems very open, with different missions that you can take on solo or with random players who are online at the same time. Oh, and you can dance, dance, dance!
