Most Americans know the name ExxonMobil . It's one of the biggest companies in the country, and very few of us would be shocked to know that it outspent every oil and gas company on lobbying in 2013. But Exxon wasn't the only company spending big to curry favor in our nation's capital. WPX Energy , Cheniere Energy and Noble Energy also ranked among the industry's top spenders in 2013.
