Amid growing speculation about his future plans, talk show host Sean Hannity has listed one of his Long Island homes for sale. According to Newsday, the Fox News host listed his waterfront home at 27 Sea Crest Dr., Lloyd Harbor, NY 11743 for sale for $3.6 million. The 8,000-square-foot traditional home was built in 2001 and sits on 2 acres that front the Long Island Sound. There are four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

The listing comes as Hannity's future in New York state is a hot topic of discussion, especially since New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a Democrat, warned that "extreme conservatives ... have no place in New York." As a staunch conservative who uses his TV and radio shows to pillory Democrats and moderate Republicans, Hannity has taken umbrage at Cuomo's assertion and said that he will look to move out of the Empire State.

"I can't wait to get out of here. I really can't. I don't want to pay their 10 percent state tax anymore. I live in the second-highest property-taxed county in the entire country in Nassau County. I can't wait to sell my house to somebody who wants it. I can't wait to pay no state income tax down in Florida or Texas," Hannity said.

On that score, Mr. Hannity is correct. Nassau County is one of the most heavily taxed real estate markets in the country: Taxes for 2011 on his estate were $46,864.

That process could be starting with the listing of Hannity's luxury home on the North Shore of Long Island, however, Hannity is said to own another home in Centre Island, another Long Island community that attracts heavy hitters.

Hannity will have some options available to him. On Feb. 5, state representatives in Tennessee approved a bill in a legislative committee that calls for Hannity to move to Volunteer State.
