Untitled (1980) by Donald Judd is a sculpture owned by London's Tate Modern. Similar works by the American minimalist artist fetched around $3 million in 2006, according to Gawker. And while, functionally, Untitled could serve as a decent kids' jungle gym, with that location and price point, it probably shouldn't be. Alas...

According to ABC News, Brooklyn gallery owner Stephanie Theodore, came across it serving just such a purpose on Sunday.
