This Year's CES: Evolutionary, Not Revolutionary

The International CES is the world's largest consumer electronics show, and a showcase each year for the biggest new things in consumer tech. This year, The Motley Fool's Rex Moore caught up with one of the world's leading technology columnists at the show, David Pogue of Yahoo Tech, to get a breakdown of the hottest new trends in electronics that could soon be hitting the market.

David's main message is that he calls this year a "breather year." No massive new stories, just a lot of upgrades to things we've already seen. In this segment, he discusses how wearables and watches such as fitness trackers or competitor versions of Google's Google Glass have gotten a lot of attention this year, and he also looks at the future, and past, of television. That 4K screen resolution may be incredibly impressive, but with no content whatsoever at the moment is this new TV technology doomed to miss the mark with consumers from the start?
