Finally! An International Oil Company to Report Utica Results

The Utica shale has been late to develop in comparison to some more prominent fields in Pennsylvania, North Dakota and Texas. That could all be about to change if BP witnesses worthwhile results from its test wells. Given mixed reviews from Halcon Resources and Chesapeake Energy , investors aren't sure what to expect. One thing's for sure, if BP decides to pull out, infrastructure companies like MarkWest Energy could be in trouble based on existing capital expenditure plans.
