Green Mountain Coffee Roasters is up big today after fourth-quarter profits rose 38%. The company also announced a plan to buy back $1 billion worth of stock. Quarterly profits for Target were down 46%. Executives at the company pointed to big losses at its Canadian locations as the source of the trouble. Philip Morris International fell after getting a downgrade from Goldman Sachs. The company also announced it would be entering the e-cigarette market.
