2 New IPOs Highlight Demand for Mortgage Guarantees

The ascension of mortgage guarantees and the private mortgage insurers that provide them has been swift and substantial. So it's no surprise that two new firms are getting set to take their operations public. As demand for housing-related investments continues, investors interested in American International Group and Radian Group , two established private mortgage insurers, will have a bit more variety as both NMI Holdings and Essent Group come onto the market in the coming weeks or months.
