WHITE PLAINS, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xylem Inc. (NYS: XYL) , a leading global water technology company focused on addressing the world's most challenging water issues, has been awarded a contract to work with Essar Projects (India) Limited to install its Sanitaire ICEAS® biological treatment system in a wastewater treatment plant in Jamnagar, in the Indian state of Gujarat.
