Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. Declares Dividend and Announces Third Quarter Earnings Webcast Conference Call
LITITZ, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The board of directors of Susquehanna Bancshares, Inc. (Susquehanna) (NAS: SUSQ) has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.08 per common share, payable on November 20, 2013 to shareholders of record October 30, 2013.
Susquehanna expects to release third quarter 2013 financial results on October 23, 2013. The earnings press release will be posted under "News" in the Investor Relations section of Susquehanna's Website at www.susquehanna.net on the same date. Susquehanna also announced it will broadcast its third quarter 2013 conference call over the Internet on October 24, 2013, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. The conference call will include management's discussion of third quarter 2013 results and may also include forward-looking information and financial goals. Investors will have the opportunity to listen to the conference call through a live broadcast on Susquehanna's Website. The event may be accessed by selecting "Investor Relations" near the top right of the home page and clicking on "OK" then the third quarter webcast link. To listen to the live call, please go to the Website at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to download and install any necessary audio software.
