Susquehanna Bancshares Declares Q4 Dividend

Susquehanna Bancshares has elected to maintain its existing dividend policy. The company declared a common stock distribution of $0.08 per share for its Q4, to be paid on November 20 to shareholders of record as of October 30. That amount matches both of the financial services firm's two preceding disbursements, the most recent of which was paid in August. Prior to that, Susquehanna Bancshares was less generous by $0.01, handing out $0.07 per share.

The firm is a habitual and steady dividend payer. Since January 2010, its payout has advanced from $0.01 per share to the present level.

The just-declared dividend annualizes to $0.32 per share. That yields 2.5% at Susquehanna Bancshares' most recent closing stock price of $12.91.


The company is scheduled to release its Q3 results next Wednesday.
