Security Bank of California Appoints Chief Compliance Officer
RIVERSIDE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Security California Bancorp, the holding company for Security Bank of California, announced the appointment of Dolly L. Nugent as chief compliance officer. Nugent, a senior vice president, is also a member of the bank's Strategy and Planning Committee and oversees its Bank Secrecy Act Program.

Nugent is a certified regulatory compliance manager, a graduate of the American Bankers Association National Graduate Compliance School, and has over 25 years of experience in the compliance area, mostly recently with American Security Bank in Newport Beach.
