ELK GROVE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- KB Home (NYS: KBH) , one of the nation's largest and most recognized homebuilders, today announced the grand opening of its Amelia's Park and Morningview neighborhoods in Elk Grove, a fast-growing suburb served by top-rated schools. Conveniently located three miles east of the 99 Freeway at Calvine Road, KB Home's Amelia's Park and Morningview communities offer home shoppers the unique opportunity to own a brand new Built to Order™ KB home in one of the area's most sought-after submarkets.
The release of homes for sale at KB Home's Amelia's Park and Morningview communities follows the successful grand opening of the builder's Garden Grove collection of single-family homes earlier this year. Continuing its aggressive expansion in the region, in July, KB Home announced a major acquisition in Roseville's WestPark master-plan for a new development scheduled to open to home shoppers in spring 2014.

The four one- and two-story KB home designs offered at Amelia's Park range between 1,678 and 2,570 square feet, and can be built with up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths. Like the KB homes at Morningview, the flexible floor plans offered at Amelia's Park in Elk Grove feature large loft spaces on the second floor, and can be customized with features like a first-floor bedroom with attached bath, and a variety of treatments and finishes.
With KB Home's Built to Order approach, homebuyers get to select their homesite, floor plan, and structural options, as well as aesthetic choices like faucets and fixtures that suit their tastes and needs.
