Flint Energy Announces Planned Redemption of 7.5% Senior Notes Due 2019

CALGARY, Alberta--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Flint Energy Services Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of URS Corporation (NYS: URS) , today announced that it will redeem all of its outstanding 7.5% Senior Notes due 2019. The redemption of the Senior Notes will be made pursuant to section 3.7(a) of the Indenture dated June 8, 2011, as amended. The Indenture calls for payment of principal, an Applicable Premium (as defined in the Indenture), plus all accrued and unpaid interest as of the redemption date. The outstanding principal amount of the Senior Notes is CAD 174.9 million. The redemption date is expected to be in early December 2013.

Following the redemption date, Flint Energy Services Ltd. intends to make application to the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces of Canada for a decision that it be deemed to have ceased to be a reporting issuer in such jurisdictions.
