Portland Man Jailed 10 Days For Taping Breast-Pumping Coworker

A technology specialist for a Portland, Ore.-based consulting firm was sentenced to ten days in jail and three years probation for secretly videotaping a coworker while she used a breast pump. Russell Kent Gordon, 45 years old, was found guilty over the summer for one felony count of second-degree burglary and one misdemeanor count of invasion of privacy as a result of the incident.
