Apogee to Keep Quarterly Dividend Steady

Apogee Enterprises has announced plans to keep its dividend steady this quarter at $0.09 a share. The building-solutions provider has paid this amount to investors since June 2012, after upping its payout 10.4%, from $0.0815. Apogee's most recent dividend will be payable on Nov. 1 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 29.

The company's quarterly dividend annualizes to $0.36 per share of common stock. As of the market's close on Oct. 8, Apogee's stock was trading at $29.58, which means the company currently offers a dividend yield of 1.2%.
