PHILADELPHIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Hersha Hospitality Trust (NYS: HT) ("Hersha", the "Company"), owner of upscale hotels in urban gateway markets, announced that the Company will release its financial results for the third quarter 2013 after the market close on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. The Company will host a conference call to discuss these results at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, November 7, 2013. Hosting the call will be Mr. Jay H. Shah, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Neil H. Shah, President and Chief Operating Officer, and Mr. Ashish Parikh, Chief Financial Officer.
