Showing the greatest improvement amongst its counties was California, taking eight of ten counties. This can be primarily attributed to decreases in both rates of unemployment and foreclosures, with increases in housing prices. Five of the most significant Geo Score declines were in counties within Indiana. Contrary to the counties referenced for California, these five Indiana counties saw increases in both rates of unemployment and foreclosures.
