Sallie Mae Keeping Fourth-Quarter Dividend Steady

Sallie Mae will be keeping its quarterly dividend steady at $0.15 per share.

The financial services company has paid this amount to investors since March 2013, after upping the amount 20% from $0.125. Sallie Mae's latest payout will be paid on Dec. 20 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Dec. 6.

On an annualized basis, Sallie Mae's dividend adds up to $0.60 per share of common stock. The company's stock price was trading at $24.60 as of the market's close on Oct . 3. This means the company's dividend currently has a yield of 2.4%.
