Luxfer Holdings Keeping Quarterly Dividend Steady
The quarterly dividend payout is staying steady for Luxfer Holdings PLC . The global materials technology company has announced plans to pay stockholders a dime per share, which is the same amount the company has paid since February 2013, when it initiated a dividend payment.
The latest amount will be payable on Nov. 6 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 18. Luxfer's dividend adds up annually to $0.40 per share of common stock. As of the market's close on Oct. 3, the company's stock was trading at $16.97. This means Luxfer Holdings currently has a 2.3% dividend yield.
