BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Securities Law Firm of Menzer & Hill, P.A. (www.suemyadvisor.com) announced today that it is investigating John Carris Investments, LLC related to trading involving the security Fibrocell Science, Inc. ("Fibrocell") (NYS: FCSC) . Last month the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc. ("FINRA") filed a complaint against John Carris Investments and its founder alleging the Firm engaged in, "a course of misconduct which included stock manipulation, fraudulent and unsuitable self-offerings of securities, operating a securities business without sufficient net capital, use of Firm funds to pay personal expenses of Firm principals..."

The alleged manipulative stock trading involved Fibrocell, which John Carris Investments was acting as a placement agent for. The complaint further alleges that the Firm defrauded customers in connection with the sale of stock and notes in the Firm's parent company, Invictus Capital, Inc.


Additionally, the Firm was allegedly selling personal shares in Fibrocell, while the Firm was soliciting its customers to buy shares in the company.
